They've raised 100 million; they bought 80 acres of land by their current facility; held a meeting in October with brant county at their current facility; got the appropriate zone changes for the land; received the building permit for their new build in december; they are going to be breaking ground this month...  Meanwhile they are developing the medical side, read their investor presentation on this...  Why would you sell at these low prices when legalization is looming, expansion is looming, they have 100+ mil in the bank, #1 in customer service, capsules and oral spray being launched in Q3...  Nobody is shorting this stock at these levels; technical data on charts shows it hit bottom and it's going to go up....  the last PP was at 2.05 and warrants are exerciseable at 2.70, we won't see any more dilution unless warrants get exercised but all the warrants are exerciseable at a price much higher than the SP is at now....

The last PP generated 50+ million dollars, that means people invested over 50 million dollars in this company; nobody throws down millions of dollars without doing their due dilligence; the piddly little trading that has brought this SP down is nothing compared to what the bull rush will be on this stock when it happens.
