Especially if AMYs shareprice can get into the range that Larry believes it already should be trading at.  A private placement held in the dollar range to raise the funds required to build the pilot plant would carry minimul dilution in the grand scheme, and leave Larry with an operational environmentally friendly battery recycling gem for all to see, hear, and touch.

Even more attractive if Green Technology Grants from the government offset the CAPEX required to construct the first pilot plant.

Federal grants and tax credits are out there, so taking advantage of them could really make a sizeable difference. Not to mention the credibility and advertising in recieving large funding from the government.
