RE:carried from old tickerDude I told you.....not going to sit and debate this with you every day but since you AGAIN are proving how poor you comprehend what I post I will answer these two:
All of what you have said about the APL deal is true, they do all the work and we get cash. We have 1.2 something in cash and 1.4 in current assets, far from minimal. Last quarter, which was less than a full quarter revenue from EI, our cash loss was only 90k...the rest was share based compensation. Extend that to a full quarter and it probably comes down to less than 50k. For Argument's sake at 50k that gives you more than 2 years of cash....not minimal in the eyes of any investor except a basher like you. Next, paying two offices...I am sure you realize that is in the financials as of last quarter so covered in the numbers I just quoted. I stated at every point that they APL deal was good for IZ when we first signed the agreement in late 2015 I think. BUT, if we had the cash back then it obviously would have been more profitable if we had bought our own equipment and did everything ourselves.....do you think APL made that deal to break even? You are completely naive about what we will pay buying zeolite from Cuba and shipping it up here. Why do a deal with the Cuban government if it isn't better for our bottom line? You really have to start thinking a little before you type. If you actually are a shareholder you are putting bad informtaion out to the market by being completely uneducated about this process. Anyone who has worked in Latin America, I used to spend 2+ months a year in a few South American countries, knows the cost of labour and production are much less than in North America. I will bet you a lot of money that IZ adds much more to the bottom line by buying Cuban zeolite and shipping it to Canada than what we make from the royalty and commission from selling Bromley zeolite through APL.
Your second quote:
Hahaha god you are clueless. Every company in the world shows their A/R in the same segment as cash....each company does DD on people they sell to in order to make sure they get paid. Is there a chance someone defaults, sure, but it is about the same odds of you actually understanding any simple facts. Again, the "old" company I refer to is pre the APL deal....and then they had no cash to do anything thus giving APL such a good deal. Again, if you think APL is not making a good chunk of money off every ton sold you are not very good at figuring out costs. If we had done it ourselves then the amount of money IZ would be making from selling the Bromley zeolite would be greater than the Cuban zeolite, but not under the current structure.
Maybe you can understand a couple words in this post....open your mind and listen for once in your life instead of just bashing for the sake of bashing....but that would assume you are here for the right reason, to discuss the company. But most of us don't believe that is why you are here at all....
