RE:RE:RE:Warants? If you choose to exercise your warrants when the stock is at $3.00 than you essentially get a discount of $1.60 (1.75 minus $0.15, the price you paid for the warrant). So the share would cost you $1.40 instead of $3.00.
Note that Newstrike has an exceleration clause that states if the VWAP is at $2.60 or more fore 10 consecutive days they can cancel the warrants within 15 days.
The other side to warrants is that they gain value all on their own the closer they are to the strike price. You may not decide to exercise them, instead selling them for a profit.
