Legalization is more than 4 months off and an awful lot can happen between now and then. Spending money (joint venture with Brewing Company and/or with Big Pharma plus one or more strategic acquisitions) could count for some increase in sp but investors will be looking for news on earnings and that's what will make the difference imo.
