RE:Again this is not because the price is built inPlease 69chevelleSS let the Board know why VFF's sp did not "POP" with the long-awaited good news of license-granting if indeed, as you claim, the good-news portion was not already priced-in before the announcement.
Possible reasons for underperformance have been put forward: large insider sellings; management inadequacy in strategic execution, the name itself (VFF) might denote negative connotation?, just the overall negative market sentiment, OR is it all price manipulation?
Learning all points of view, pro/against, is always good.
