Please tel me why the company would mention the amount in revenues.   I imagine management negociates the prices and does not want the other clients to know exactly what's their cost. 
Rule of thumb i an previous contract, the cost whas around $15 US for test. 
i would go with that. 
No,    the company does not make tests for free.  it's already very cheap compared to other ways, and more efficient. do please stop repeating yourself about this.
