Q4 Results

Q4 ResultsThe most meaningfull metric for Q4 appears to be the Affo payout ratio of 105% which is an important improvement over Q3. Now that management has been internalized and the process of deploying excess cash towards new property acquisitions is ongoing, will share price will follow suit.
