Harjay..... You are not an insider? But an investor like most of us...so you can you enlighten us as to what entails Marks or Dinnings job at Simba Office. I have seen nothing to reward the shareholders ever here. Lies and Deceit........covered by more lies and deceit. Lets talk about email. responses from Mark..Forget about the many years since Liberia was coming but from the time of Essel. How many time frames have been missed. Drilling and FTG in Kenya ongoing fir the past 3 years.....Essel has pumped so much of their own money to keep this dog aslive for another 3 years. Who knows whst happens in April..2018...Essel may pack and leave....after 3 years...How many NRs have been released to keep shareholders informed?...LOL...What vacation for Mark...?..Now you let the Board know what Marks Job entails day in abd day out?...Does he talk to his SHAREHOLDERS and what kind of info are given. ???......LIES. yes. LIES...and go to his defense... Where is Hassan Hassan???????? --------------------

Your additional  comments  on whether he should be taking time off  is not for you to say no matter how you feel about the co. or him. 

You have no  real concept of  what  his  entire job  is  , how hard he works or how much time and energy he puts into his  duties and what they entail
 
All you see is the public tip of the iceberg ( N / R's )  and contact as required with shareholders  and so  without   having any factual  knowledge of his work  you don't  have any right to critisize whether he is or isn't  entitled to take a  vacation.
