the termination of the deal was a blessing in disguise for hip, right after that they announced the $80mill bought deal, they recieved the $14.1mill plus the money they raised from options and money they had from before, were about to see their backup plan (plan B) that management had planned incase the cmed deal fell through, were about to see that plan kivk into action and its gonna be huge
