RE:RE:RE:And if Goldman bought CMED, it was just a flip guess...Cashswing, your math is off or you are refering to people who are buying CMED on this higher end very recently. 

Instead of buying more ACB at the time, I bought CMED at $33.00.  So no matter what happens, the shares af acb I get will be worth $33/3.4 or $9.70.  No matter what the values of CMED and ACB at conversion, that is what the shares of ACB will be worth to me, at least all the shares that are converted.  I'll be making 30% cash profit on any that are bought for $43.  Then I wait for the "great post merger conversion sell-off" and turn that profit into more ACB in the 9-10 range.  Easy-peasy  :)
