CYBX and LIXThe Chairman of the LIX BOD was recently appointed Special Advisor to the CYBX BOD. The LIX takeover was looking in jeopardy until today, which would have meant Mr. Matysek would not be available much. Now it looks like LIX is sold and the deal closing tomorrow. Will we see Mr. Matysek as CYBX Chairman of the BOD soon? That would be my guess.
Coincidentally, the stock jumped 15% when the LIX NR came out.
