i believe costs are high. and I believe the reserve report came up light.

But there are short term positive catalysts in play here - the rising price of condensate, debt reduction with asset sales, and acquisition opportunities.

There was an article recently about a new method of diluting heavy oil and what I gleaned from it was that it was years away and the oil sands industry needs it badly because their dependency on condensate and its rising price  is a problem for them.
