Total asset value was $49 million in 2008. In 2011 it had grown to $227 million. As of Q1 2018, total asset value is $171 million. So therefore, book value has not decreased over the past 10 years. Furhermore, if they updated their 43-101 reports on an annual basis, total assets might actually be up from 2011.
I don't pay attention to what the market consensus is. I am interested in finding stocks where the intrinsic value is much higher than the value perceived by the market and reflected in the current stock price. And this is one of those stocks where the market has mispriced the stock IMHO.
