It also owns 14 of its hotel properties directly, and the remaining two hotel properties through an investment in a majority-owned consolidated joint venture entity. All of the hotel properties in its portfolio are asset-managed by Ashford LLC. The Company's hotel properties include Capital Hilton, The Clancy, The Notary Hotel and others.

Tungsten prices go up again...

BHR is a sleeper.

While the underlying commodity price of tungsten goes up second to only cobalt. I expect the articles on cobalt and tungsten to come out in mid 2018. A rising tide will lift all boats.
