Stock accumulationWhen looking into the charts, one can see a price band with low volume which in turn suggest a stock accumulation. In a not far distant future, a manipulative/speculative attack on the stock could take place towards it's short-term resistance level(s) as the stock has a tendency to move according to the events and not according to its financial statements; some rumors may be enough in order to see a sharp but shortlived spike of several days in the stock price with a jump in its volume and we have seen this happen several times in the recent past. But the real danger is when one is accustomed to it and acts accordingly because one day, there will be no spike and the price will literally go sky-high.
When looking to the management's comments and others, I have the sensation that we have something favorable in store. There seems to be some secrecy about what is going on in the comnpany's deal and a waiting game is beeing carried out in the market while the stock is accumulated. I wonder who are the big players undertaking the current operation in the stock.
