Significant Dilution

Significant Dilution Could anyone please describe to me in laymen terms

1. what will happen to my shares when "significant diluiton" occurs;
2. And whatever will happen, will it be temporary or permanent?

I'm asking, because I need to understand whether I should sell or not. I don't mind waiting it out. I could wait 5 years if I have to.

Please anyone inform me.
