RE:Brisio Innovations: The Value in NAV

RE:Brisio Innovations: The Value in NAV Try short, very little analysis.  I will do the same.

When this is done, assume 65 million shares outstanding (why is a full warrant required btw?), 7c of Book Value in legacy investments from a known deep value micro cap investor, AND...... 1 million a month in recurring revenue at a 70% growth rate.

While most micro caps outside of crypto and MJ have suffered, just be aware that most of BZI holdings have been bought pre IPO.  For example, PTE is presently in the dumper but BZI was in at .125 c.  And I think LTE was a .25ish.  BZI still holds these btw. And IPA , while well down from its 1.20 highs is still strongly held in the portfolio when its IPO was .30. ( I think BZI got in for a bit cheaper as the lead) Most guys can’t find those deals.

Trading activity is very illiquid historically,  so one can assume that most large shareholders are pretty tight.   Most guys can’t find deals like this.  A premium can easily be expected with this type of long term small cap investing style.

Just a few observations from the other  side. Again, 1 million a month... and growing.
