RE:RE:RE:RE:$1.5 Million Private Placement now closedi guess he only looked at the fact that the insiders got the shares for .12 and didnt read any further. 

I am kinda interested to see when the insiders exersice their warrants, they expire in 5 years but in the past the GHG insiders usually exersiced their warrants already within a few months up to a year after getting them, even if they didnt make a lot of profit by doing so. This could give GHG another 1.8 million in cash.
