For what it's worth, I believe that Chuck and the other members of the senior management team that brought into the PP with the $1.50 warrants had all of them exercised.  The reason for exercising them at this point in time clearly was that they were due to expire around then.

No such need to exercise the 2.3 cents warrants right away as they have an expiry date of Februrary 2019 through to March of 2019.  It should be noted that Chuck apparently did exercise about 18 million of these 2.3 cent warrants through his Nesta Holding company back in January of this year.  Not sure how many more he's got, but I am quite sure it's probably quite a bit.
