RE:Institutional Holders

RE:Institutional HoldersWhether the institutional investors vote yes or no, one thing is for sure: they will only vote after they have carefully read and considered the information circular, unlike the naysayers on this board who have already made up their minds without reading the circular. This morning, I downloaded the information circular from the Mountain Province document listing on SEDAR (go to sedar.com). Have a good look at pages 12 and13 where there are two references to possibly folding KDI's properties into the GK joint venture owned by DB and MPV, and one direct reference to DB. I doubt very much that MPV would include these references in the circular if there wasn't something cooking in the background. If DB does, in fact, buy 51% of KDI's properties from MPV, they won't pay for it in shares, that's for sure. Most likely cash, or maybe some kind of farm-in deal where DB pays for the exploration in order to earn their 51%, or a combination of both. Either way, it's good news for MPV's cash position, which is already looking pretty cheerful. Let's wait and see. There's 30 days to voting day.
