rights issue

rights issueLarson brothers own sizable amount of shareas being the founder of the company. assuming that they do not have money on the side, they always chose either SPO  or bank loan but never taped into rights issue.  they even  made an amendment to pervent hostile takeover. this is just to save their own asses. but now, they are loosing it all cause they lost credibility and now no SPO or no more bank loan.
