RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:confirmation of licenceI have checked and I am convinced they have all necessary licenses in place.

The only missing piece are the environmental permits and though it has been delayed quite a but from the promised december deadlines, these issues are but normal in a place like Madagascar. I think it will come through by the end of march. 

& DNI has in the meanwhile shipped quite a few tons to India for sampling... and will be out with its PEA as well. Will build the pilot plant and start that as well in Q3. You are still complaining about PE... & I am sure you will continue in this vein till the rude shock of arbitration result hits you. All the best.
