RE:not sure if this is good news or notGood or bad, not sure why CA is only reporting it now.  It was agreed in early January (and posted on this BB), where it was noted that he was restricted to a maximum of 20% ownership until AGM 2020 (unless otherwise agreed by the TSGI Board or during a full takeover bid):
