Thomvest is pretty deep into PLI and they have deep pockets, so they could floor it as it goes up and then eventually shorts will come out and there will be an equilibrium fight.
Analysts still have targets way beyond $3, so there is a chance we see it, it all depends on how bigger players react and how much PLI actually "pumps" the news. If they get FDA approval and release no NR for months then yea, it's not gonna hold. But if the next few weeks after they start talking partnerships, nasdaq, etc, it could keep the momentum.
