In general this thinking is very true. But in ID case, I think it's questions of months.

 

Reason is regulation in April (europe) and organic growth will generate a lot of positive news in the short term IMHO.
 

Althought, the best reward could be long term hold for ID, I think mid term a x10 is very in the pipeline
