RE:RE:RE:Wedding Bells!!!and chuck owns/ed 15% of canopy with 7 million shares, not to mention he owns "part of 1 Hersey" Canopies headquaters.

i have not found any info to show that canopy settled the ownership of smithfalls with him, not sure if it is still before the courts or if the wrongful dismissal case and counter suit has been settled???
