We aren't getting $43 per share

Look at the ratios. There's about 15% of the shares tendered electing cash and there is only cash for 13% of the shares. MA is correct, the final allocation cannot be done before the take up date happens and that's been delayed.

Some questions:

1. Didn't Aurora know about the regulatory requirements? Why is this extension a surprise?
2. Why are the disclosures so obscure and complicated?
3. Why is the offiicial agent telling investors misinformation. I was told the same thing on Friday. Who do I complain to?
