New offering vs rights offering

New offering vs rights offeringI don’t agree that the 250 million shares has to be
dilutive if existing shareholders are given the right
to maintain their pro rata share holdings by buying
more shares. As I have stated several times this also
puts a lot of pressure on the shorts. And no one says
we need to all the shares at once. We need a cash cushion
plus a years burn in the bank and repeat until we are
cash flow neutral. Sorry BDIGGINS but on this we disagree.
