I would suspect that these warrants were added tot he deal at the end. Specualtion I know...but warants are always adde to sweaten a deal. So the question I keep asking myself, is whether or not the deal is as good as we all think it is. 
HIP Mkt Capt/Book Value is extrememly higher than any other canadian producer stock. This has me concerned. 

Might let it run up a little and then gtfo.
