RE:Just some odd infoOK, just for the shere joy of speculaiton, why this announcement now? They got their original 12% shares several years ago and have had a number of dilutions since. This info is avaiable and required on BLGV's financial disclousures, but not necessarily by Yara in this way. (I don't think). Why is Yara raising it's head now, they've been silent for years.

Of course, they are a fertilizer giant, so why would they care about tiny Belgravia?
