Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:AIJesus you todzy are a complete piece of sh*t . If you are posting all day long on stockhouse, you clearly are small time.  Reddit and many other platforms have surpassed stockhouse long ago.

Im undecided what exactly will happen here, personally I'm not happy that Vic has yet to figure out a way to devest US exposure - if, IF that is the only reason holding APH back from adding the NAS to their stock. Really so some stock is locked in, correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't they simply find a buye and have lhs approve the sale disputed the lock in period? Honestly what lhs holder would say no to Aph selling their shares!

all this said....take your bs to the scyb board. But you won't cause nobody is watching or posting there.

i say this to all APH holders.....the biggest question is which country has the lowest tax brackets? Spend you time there...Aph will, I repeat and you heard it here; APH will own Leamington. Of the greenhouse appliacants there APH will likely aquire them all. They ar elong time family farmers looking to cash out, and it makes sense for Aph to keep eggs in one basket. leamington is a wholesaler...

then look to S.M. And Greece...and Germany and Italy, where the "retail" margin will be taxed....

its not uncommon for big corp to spread their money around to decrease amounts owed in taxes...

that said....S.M. Is going to catch up very quickly w cheap labour and seasonal climate for growing, anything close to the equator is going to be profitable..I suspect it'll be grown in third world areas, shipped here, turned in to extracts and shipped out.... and remember Vic has always maintained, "medical will me 10x rec"
