It's all in the filings. Aurora cannot take up shares until the 25th, the extended closing of the Offer.

Aurora has the majority. They control Cannimed now. Call Cannimed, ask for Investor Relations, they direct you to 855-279-4652 which is Aurora's Investor Relations. Call them an inquire yourselves.

They cannot allocate and prorate before the take up which happens March 25th. After they take up the shares, they have three days to settle (put aurora shares in your account and some cash if you selected the cash option).

Anyone who thinks they are getting $43 is counting their chickens before they hatch. It's already over allocated with greater that 15% of the tendered shares selecting the cash. Look at the published ratios (amount of cash allocated vs amount of shares allocated on the 17M shares already tendered).

Has anyone seen a dime or share this week? No. They won't see anything until "up to three days" after take up.
