RE:RE:wowYes Flow through shares are tax based 100% for investing. most companies will price their flow-through share offerings somewhere between a 20% to 30% premium to their current share price. I think the reason why we are seeing the current downtrend in GT is 2 possibles reasons.

1) no investor has been found or their deal fell through so they are screwed for the upcoming drill season. (*personal opinion but I think this is most likely)

2) they set their PP to high and someone wants a better deal. Today anonymous sold over 300k shares. Somebody could be selling to get the company to reissue a pp at a lower price. (*less likely than the first and more conspiracy fed but possible)


The longer no PP the worse for the company and share holders. Less budget to work with for exploration. Very worrisome in my opinion.
