RE:RE:Bids before RE releasemal297............there is so much takeover speculation it's almost getting ridiculous.  Any company I've been involved in has always released the news that a takeover bid(s) are being reviewed.  Why?  Because this is material news.  The details might not be immediately released because of board review. This news is also put out as bait to others maybe considering putting in an offer.
Most of the takeover rumors here I think are efforts by some  to pump up the stock for a fast dump on any sudden price increase.
I'll wait to hear from the company.  If you want to play the pump and dump, be nimble.
