I need help to understand.

Recently I went to look at CTX insider, and apparently Knight sold 540 000 shares at 0,01 cent. Make no sens! And the day after the director bought 400 000 shares at 0,01 cent. Those are the two last transaction insider made and are the only one i cant figure out?? Whats going on? Knight sellign already at 1 cent?? Thank you
