RE:RE:RE:RE:Q4 and 2017 Year-End ResultsThey are interested in moving equip to the Marcellus, Utica and Niobrara..not Permian(excess snubbing equip)  CEO, when asked if they will do a deal in 2018 said they have several proposals on the table which they are considering.  I think if a deal is to happen..will be before next earnings release.

Some positives- 1. They are actively considering an accquisition in 2018 2. To be more active in buybacks once the blackout period is over 3. Utilizing some of their unused equipment in the permean basin.
