RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fwiw.........Hear! Hear! Excellent summation and, I believe, accurate. ES is not known to be anything but fair. He has a stake in this also. As for EO, my opinion is that he is in a fight he cannot win if he takes on this company. He may bankrupt himself trying but my bet would not be on him. Further massive dilution would almost guarantee a rollback. That is no way to sail a ship. The best thing he could do for himself AND OTHERS, i.e. us shareholders, is adopt the attitude of "lesson learned," walk away and start over.
