RE:RE:Robert Grahovar...this was when the SP was $7.50ishI think $500m is a bit high, but the company's owned real estate definitely provides a "margin of safety" if you own this stock and plan to hold it for a reasonable period of time (at least 12 months if you ask me).

There is no owned real estate in Mexico, only in BC and in Texas.

When the shareprice was sub $2 before the cannabis JV this stock was actually known among circles of value investors for that very reason.

The best way to look at the real estate value is as a kind of safety net of downside protection to owning shares in the company. Part of what makes it compelling.
