I do agree with Germantown that missing EPS may hurt, yet it will be explained by CFO as having been his views vs former CFO. Remember he only joined mid year and had to get to know the business. He is typically quite conservative and Rafi’s team is driven by different motivators than Baazov’s were, so I believe we will have more accuracy and conservatism from him. Would rather a team that underpromises moving forward.

Also please note that the addition of the two Aussie companies will radically change guidance anyways. This will be priced into consideration. Everyone this morning has held their STRONG BUY...so frankly, while it may dip today and tomorrow, it will roar back in no time anticipating the guidance changes in April...
