Or should I say "rapidly" declining condensate production?

Take a look at their IP30s, 60s, and 90s.
The average condensate production at 30 days for the wells reporting IP90s was 24.2 bbls/mmcf, while the average at the 90-day mark was 17.6 bbls/mmcf, even as nat gas production stayed fairly steady. That is a 28% decline in just 2 months, and means the gas stream is getting drier. And the trend continues with some IP365s condensate production down a whopping 65%.

So if CKE's gas production gets drier and drier as time goes on, that fact has to be entered into the cash flow analysis.

I know the pumpers don't like to talk facts, but that is one fact that cannot be ignored.

Point noted. But isn't the other side of this that the newest wells with the longer laterals and 'zipper' frac are starting notably higher? That looks to me quite promising.
