RE:aquisition news

It appears this morning the market believes this is an undervalued stock, and it's pushing upwards. IMO the proposed acquisition of TEC brings an enormous potential for technology and sales to SSC that from my read makes two fancy-dancy thermostats. Good luck to everyone.
