RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Acumen Capital Finance 4 mil shares????Perhaps Crawford sold it to a trust controlled by him and did it for tax reasons.  Nothing more than that.  If so, he may have needed evidence of a market price for the transaction to avoid a non-arms length transaction.

Crawford is limited to selling no more than 15% each month.  I doubt that the 15% restriction applies to a sale to a trust controlled by him.
