challenges aheaddon't get ahead of the game here. the company before moving ahead with serious development of the mining operation will need scores of state & federal permits/approval. the mine property is located on and near the federally designated endangered salmon spawning resources. iron creek water rights are under the jurisdiction of conservation grps...federal, state & private i.e., NOAA (Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund), USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Idaho Water Resources Board to name only a few of the concerned with Iron Creek water quality and protecting the spawning resource for salmon.
the company or someone will have to build a new bridge over the salmon river to handle the traffic and weight pressure the mine activity.
for any reasonable mine operation, you would think electricity would need to be provided by the idaho power company.
