RE:Merging will dilute! Sorry for short term :(AGsuperstar wrote: Hi everyone, I like ACB and I will continu to invest in future. But the reality is... because CMED will merge with us we will lose 1 billion and also add share (new from CMED) that will dilute our value. Be prepair to going in the red during that time until the merging its completely done. For the short term its better to sell now and keep your money to buy when it will be at lower price. again. It will be our last chance to buy at the lower price of the company for the future. I want just to help you to sleep the night without stress during that red period. Good luck my friend in your choice!
So let me get this straight.
ACB is worth X today and CMED is worth Y today but when they are joined only the price paid for Y is accounted for? CMED will apparently be worth zero? Huh. Assets become worthless? Odd they bought them. Seems strange they keep buying companies and getting more partners? Like the bigger they get the worse off they are. Owning more is bad!!!! I got it. Thank you. How long has CMED been around again? Horrible company. LOL
Makes total sense. So why is WEED and the others basically following the same patterns? Strange their are all hinging on this months old deal. Total sense.
Your concern is deeply appreciated. Thank you for this heart felt post.
