RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:55..
RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:55..Re-read first paragraph-section on warrants and then go study how this relates to the natural life cycle of all junior mining companies. But then again, I know you already know all this and have a different agenda here. But for any others sake;
One of the private placement holders, most likely Sprott, has been selling off some of their shares (that are in the money to take advantage of buying some of their private placement warrants, that are also in the money). These warrants can be exercised at $0.21 and have an expiry of May 24th, 2018.
Their is your supply and demand. Selling lots of shares into a small public float will and has obviously created market inefficiencies. This can happen several times during the maturation of a junior mining company. And it's when I like to buy if I see value in the project.
So who is selling? It's not Sheriff as per the insider reports.
Why I think it's Sprott that has been selling and cashing in some profits to pay for his warrants? It's his style. This how he works his capital.
Why I don't think it's DiCapo. He is a close business partner and friend of Sheriff to my knowledge. DiCapo also likes to ride certain high value projects out, for the long haul.
Why I don't think its McEwen Mining. Stefan Spears is McEwen Mining's inside man. He is sitting on the board of GPY. Now it is common knowledge that Robert McEwen has aspirations of his company becoming listed on the S&P 500 and in order to do so he must grow their company's market cap significantly. Notice how he is not personally the investor in GPY, he bought in through his company McEwen Mining. Unlike Sprott who bought in as an individual.
So, my advise is ride it out at least until PEA. And measure the projected after tax NPV at that time vs the market cap and make a decision to sell or hold until takeover. Which in my opinion will be by McEwen Mining.
And Sheriff and DiCapo will move on after McEwen Mining to another already formed company they have that is in the same neighborhood.
