Let’s break it down:
1. User Acquisition
At the end of the day, the Aussie purchases were both an easy re-entry into a market they just left plus some great knowledge and platform experience in sporting. The issue with Sportech will be the value of the users.
2. Licenses:
What licences could Stars not get? It seems that the USA is about to be blown open. A licence in Nevada won’t be worth a fraction of what it s now, when the SC rules in favour of opening it up.
3. LSE Listing
An RTO into such a small fish seems much too complicated for nothing. Like Nasdaq, they could just get their own. They have the size.

If the price s cheap enough and the users are seen as loyal and valuable, I guess I could see it. Otherwise, I think they are looking at much bigger fish to buy next...
