Sure, and many of those smaller scale LPs will likely fold over time. VFF's guidance indicated a conservative target production of <$1.00/g, well below the industry average. 

Keep in mind many of the larger LPs (APH, WEED, ACB) aren't selling exclusively in the Canadian market.
