RE:RE:Why are no insiders buying? The problem is that this individual is using social media to cast fear and saying something that has not been proven. Yeah, yeah, we all know what the issues are and there are some that I'm trying to get around. But, to just say something that has already been repeated ad nauseam and to include "fraud" then this is going to the next level. Tell him to loge a complaint with the securities commission and/or with the proper authorities. Companies have gone after social media posters before, just saying. And, I believe the term is liable, not slander. I totally agree that why would K that is kind of in the hot seat now because of potential market share loss would "collaborate" with a potential fraudster? Yes, it has happened, but show proof! Whoever this individual is should have bought 1000 shares just to attend the meeting to air out and accuse management. I guess they were not as concerned since this was not done. I went there because I wanted answers to some questions and I felt it was a sufficient out of pocket expense to attend since I wanted to determine based on what I saw/heard if my money was at risk. I'm sitting here patiently and will buy more around the 20 cent mark since this appears where this is going. Not too happy about the wait/silence but I'm far from calling this fraud. If you're going to challenge this then come up with something thought out and not repeated. To the posters that reincarnate themselves, don't bother answering .
