Most of manipulation is happening from a TD account. I guess TD Webbroker is the easiest platform to manipulate a stock. A manipulator just puts a 1000 ask orders of 200 and use another computer program which will sense if the buying has started on the SP he is asking then his program will right away cancel all his orders on that SP and moves it up another cent to make the investors think there is pressure on selling. I monitor all MJ stocks and TBP is one of the few being manipulated which means that they know there is high potential in this stock and they want to lower it and load up on low price before the TBP explosion .
